Phrontline has entered the clinic for the first time, in a Phase 1/2 study of TJ102 – an FRalpha / CDH6 bispecific ADC linked to a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor and a microtubule inhibitor – to treat advanced or metastatic breast cancer and other solid tumours. The open-label study will assess  safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity and preliminary antitumor activity, with dose escalation followed by dose-optimization and expansion cohorts to select recommended dose(s) for further development.
