Tambotatug Pelitecan (Tam-Peli), an anti-B7-H3 ADC from MediLink, met its primary endpoint of overall survival, and demonstrated a 54% reduction in the risk of death. Tam-Peli also significantly extended progression free survival. The new data was generated in a P3 study of Tam-Peli vs Topotecan chemotherapy, in small cell lung cancer patients that had disease progression following platinum-based chemo. The trial enrolled 451 patients across 85 sites in China. Roche has exclusive commercialisation rights to Tam-Peli outside of China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
