Results from Kelun’s Phase 3 study of trastuzumab botidotin to treat HER-2 positive unresectable or metastatic breast cancer are now published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology (JCO). The study showed that trastuzumab botidotin monotherapy significantly prolonged progression free survival over trastuzumab emtansine.
