GSK has acquired the global rights to Chimagen’s trispecfic T cell-engager to treat multiple myeloma for up to USD750m in upfront, development and commercial milestone payments. The asset is engineered to bind to T cells plus two strategically selected tumour-associated antigens. GSK plans to take the product in the Phase 1 trials in 2027.
