InnoCare received NMPA (China’s National Medical Products Administration) approval of its IND for ICP-B382, bispecific ADC targeting PSMA and STEAP1 for the treatment of solid tumours including prostate cancer. This is InnoCare’s first bispecific ADC to enter clinical studies. ICP-B381 is targeting PSMA and STEAP1 as they are significantly overexpressed in prostate cancer cells with limited expression in normal tissue, making them highly promising therapeutic targets.
