The US FDA has cleared the IND for IASO208 CD20-targeting CAR-T therapy. IASO208 uses a lentivial vector to deliver humanised anti-CD20 CAR transgene, to generate anti-CD20 CAR-T cells. IASO208 is currently in a Phase 1 study in China to assess safety, tolerability, and early efficacy in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell malignancies.
