In its global commercialisation deal of Zegfrovy sunvozertinib with AstraZeneca, Dizal has received its upfront payment of USD600m. Zegfrovy, an EGFR inhibitor, is approved in China and the US to treat locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer in patients with tumours carrying exon 20 insertion mutations, where disease progressed following platinum-based chemo. Dizal is eligible for up to a further USD900m in development, regulatory, and sales milestone; plus royalties on sales.
